Our rules and guidelines are meant to address 4 factors:

Management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses.
Please be respectful of other riders, property owners and surrounding community.
Please follow speed limits in parking and camping areas.
No disruptive riding in parking/camping areas (wheelies, speeding, spinning wheels etc)
Small, controlled campfires are permitted, no pallets.
No glass containers.
Jeeps, Trucks or Trail Buggies are not permitted.
No riding 10PM-7AM.
Helmets required for all riders and passengers.
Please follow all manufacturers guidelines and ride responsibly.
Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission of anyone that becomes a nuisance to other guests.
Waiver: Adults will sign a waiver the day of admission. Minors accompanied by parent or legal guardian can do the same. Minors not traveling with parent or legal guardian must have parent/legal guardian's notarized signature on the minor release form (download below). Waiver can be emailed if unable to download.
